Delivered my Americans friends back at the airport this afternoon. It was so fun having them stay for the week- it was the first time they’d ever been outside of the States and of course, London is very different to Washington DC, where they live. Went on London buses, tube, took a taxi, went to the Tower of London and was generally a tourist for the week! Also went shopping. A lot.

This is half-goodbye for a week!
I have friends from Washington staying over for the week so won’t be online much. I’m so excited, I love them to bits and haven’t seen them in over a year and a half. Two of them have never been to London before so I can’t wait to show them around.

Didn’t get lots of F1 stuff but my parents have no idea what to buy me and I have a little bit of money so it’s all good. Got some Senna books, tho, and the 2011 review so I can sit and cry over how fabulous a season it was.
Also got the Frozen Planet book, some new socks (<3), a top up of my Nature subscription, lots of bath bombs and stuff and Lindor....
